Registration

Registration fees cover all conference related events, workshops, funshops, and talks that happen February 11th, 2027 starting at 5pm and ending February 15th, 2027 by 1pm. Conference fees do not cover your hotel costs/stays. Hotel rates are specific to our group rate (see hotel page) and can be booked up to an additional day before and day after actual conference dates. 

Registration is a TWO-step process:

First fill out the registration form HERE.

Then pay your respective registration fee (based on the fee chart below) via PayPal to: runoworg@gmail.com.  ***Please use 'friends and family' at registration payment submission. (The conference founder and coordinator, Amy Jarjusey, is attached to this PayPal account at: runoworg@gmail.com.
Important: Please include your full name and email address in the PayPal notes so we can match your payment to your registration.

* A confirmation email will be sent to you once both steps are completed.
* If you would like to plan ahead and secure the super early bird rate, payments plans (of 3 equal payments) will be accepted. Payment plans will be respective to the timing on which the first payment is received. (i.e. to secure the super early bird rate, a first payment must be made before the end of super early bird timeframe deadline of May 15, 2026.) Please coordinate this by contacting runoworg@gmail.com.

Note - registration fees are non-refundable. Transferring to another family is feasible however you will be responsible for arranging your own transfer and must contact: runoworg@gmail.com before establishing such transfer. Transfers will not be excepted beyond January 31, 2027.
